Surrey Student Accommodation

This was a great house in a great location. Any problems we had were sorted very quickly by Gurpreet and the maintenance team and dealt with in a professional manner. Gurpreet was happy to deal with any issues we had at the start of the tenancy, and was always readily available to deal with queries.

We’ve been living in one of Gurpreet’s student houses for a year, and have signed the contract for another one. Gurpreet is an extremely helpful landlord, who is always available to help with any issues. As well as the maintenance team who ensure any problems are fixed quickly. Since moving in we’ve had a new bathroom fitted, and the house repainted to keep it looking fresh and new, which is rare with student houses! Viewing the houses was also made super easy with Hayley arranging to take us to show us around a few she thought we’d be interested in. Our property is in a great location for the university, train station and the hospital (perfect for healthcare students). Our experience so far has been nothing but positive with Surrey Student Homes and nothing has ever been too much trouble.

When we arrived at our house it was in perfect condition. We were given all the relevant information whilst moving in and helped whenever needed by the landlord. The maintenance team were always prompt to us whenever need be.

A very helpful landlord that runs it like the business it is rather than a side-hustle like so many other student landlords. The house was immaculate when we arrived, any issues were dealt with quickly and professionally, and all the furniture is refreshed every few years rather than when it breaks. All in all a thoroughly positive experience, so much so that we have signed a contract for a second year!

Our house on Southway had an ideal location and was in excellent condition for a student property. We were lucky enough to have our kitchen replaced, which was extremely efficient and an added bonus! Gurpreet has been reliable, approachable and fair throughout our tenancy. I would definitely recommend Surrey Student Homes and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We have lived with Surrey Student Homes for one year and are staying in the same house for a second, the house was in a brilliant condition when we moved in and any issues we have had during the year have been resolved without delay or hassle. Our house is in a brilliant location with adequate parking to meet our needs. Surrey Student Homes are extremely helpful and professional and I would highly recommend them.

Mr Tulsi is an extremely professional and helpful landlord. I had some prior concerns about renting as a student, as you hear that students can be taken advantage of, however this was not the case. Mr Tulsi was fair, always contactable when needed and ensured the house was equipped with everything that was required by us as tenants. I would definitely recommend.

Gurpreet was always quick to deal with maintenance issues when contacted and had someone deal with any issues brought up. He was easily contactable through email and provided useful information during check-in and check-out, thanks for the year.
